Functional Connectivity Analysis after Temporal Clustering

In this page there is the FC analysis by using seven candidated resting state seeds of
- the whole fMRI exam with all the 165 volumes,
- the volumes belonged to the class1 (87 voll), and
- the volumes belonged to the class2 (78 voll).
The two classes (1 and 2) are the ones computed by the fuzzy c-means algorithm having the whole fMRI exam as input.
